Approve a User Account

User Permissions Needed:  Administrator

To approve a user, follow these steps:

  1. In the web application, click on the icon in the upper left corner to display the menu
  2. Click “Users” from the menu items
  3. Locate the user you want to approve either by searching, filtering or scrolling through the list of users
  4. Click the checkmark button icon on the user’s row
  5. Confirm the approval of the user
  6. You’ll be presented with a message confirming that the user was successfully approved
