Change User Type

Section: Manage Users

User Permissions Needed:  Administrator

To change a User’s Type:

  1. In the web application, click on the icon in the upper left corner to display the menu
  2. Click “Users” from the menu items
  3. Locate the user you want to view either by searching, filtering or scrolling through the list of users
  4. Click the person icon on the user’s row
  5. You’ll then view the user’s information
  6. Click “Change User Type”
  7. Select the new User Type
  8. Confirm the change to the User Type
  9. You’ll be presented with a message confirming that the User Type was successfully changed
