User Permissions Needed: Administrator or Alumni
MANAGE POSTS (EDIT, PIN, RESCHEDULE AND DELETE)
To manage the feed from the web application, follow the steps below.
- Click on the icon in the upper left corner to display the menu
- Click “Feed” from the menu items, and then “Feeds” within the submenu
- You’ll see all the posts in your feed on the left side of the screen. On the right, you’ll see the scheduled posts.
- To edit a post:
Click on the pencil icon, make your changes, and click “Update Post”.
You’ll receive a message confirming the post was updated - To pin a post so it says at the top of the feed:
Click on the pin icon
Confirm you want to pin it
You’ll receive a message confirming the post was pinned - To delete a post
Click on the trash can icon
Confirm you want to delete it
You’ll receive a message confirming the post was pinned - To reschedule a post
Click on the pencil icon on a scheduled post
Change the date/time of the post
Select “Update Post”
You’ll receive a message confirming the post was updated
REVIEW AND DELETE REPORTED POSTS
To review and delete reported posts, follow the steps below.
- Click on the icon in the upper left corner to display the menu
- Click “Feed” from the menu items, and then “Reported Feeds” within the submenu
- You’ll see all the posts in your feed that have been reported by users.
- To delete a post
Click on the trash can icon
Confirm you want to delete it
You’ll receive a message confirming the post was deleted
